Definitions and Related links provides definitions for all disabilities
that would qualify a child for Special Education services. In addition to
the working definitions, there are thirteen links that provide more

Reform - lays out all the provisions of the Education reform Act of
1993. This is where we got Standards, Curriculum Frameworks, MCAS,
Accountability, and all the other driving forces in public education in
